2 Ingredient Pancakes gluten free, dairy free
Serves 1

These pancakes are perfect for a quick breakfast idea and super healthy. They are super soft and adding a bit of oat flour makes them a bit heartier and the flavour is perfectly sweet!

1 banana
1 egg

optional: 20g oat flour (you can also use coconut flour, buckwheat flour etc.), pinch of baking powder, cinnamon, salt

toppings: banana, chopped nuts, cacao nibs (I use naturya), coconut yoghurt

Either blend ingredients in a blender or mash with a fork (will yield a more textured pancake).

Cook low and slow on the stove top.

Flip once bubbles form and the sides dry out.

Serve straight away with toppings of choice.
