2014 Round Up

Wow.

2014 has been one hell of a year.

I could say it’s been the best year of my life.

I feel like I was able to accomplish so much in the space of 12 months, and I’ve got to say, one of my proudest moments was plucking up the courage to create a Youtube channel which is kind of, like, a ma-hoo-sive deal!
As well as this, I’ve been trying trying trying hard to improve my food photography and styling, so it means so much when you drop me a comment or email!

What I really want to say is thank YOU, from the bottom of my heart, for making this such an amazing year and continuing to support me along the way!

So here are the recipes which you guys liked best in 2014!

Green Quinoa Salad | Add A Little

Green quinoa salad was my favourite recipe which I made this year  – it’s so tasty and I’m totally craving it now!

Gyoza | Add A Little

Gyoza is one of my favourites to make in big batches and freeze for a super quick lunch or easy entertaining idea, so I’m glad you liked this just as much as me!

Healthy kale chips | Add A Little

Kale chips came next – I’m going to be doing an updates recipe soon so keep an eye out!

Rosemary Roast Potatoes | Add A Little

The best roast potatoes with rosemary and garlic came next, with their crispy exterior and fluffy interior – I could  munch on these all day long!

2014 Round Up | Add A Little

And the most popular recipe of 2014 was how to make cauliflower rice! This came as a big surprise to me actually and I’ll definitely be reshooting the photos ASAP! (It was also the most viewed video on my Youtube channel!)

Let me know if there’s anything more you want to see on the blog in 2015 – it would be great to get feedback! 🙂

Wishing you all the best for 2015 *cheers* (did i really just say that?!)
