Link Love Sunday | Add A LittleWow, so I’m finally back after about a million years where I’ve been doing exams! It feels super good to be back blogging again so hopefully this will be more regular… hopefully! 😉

Here are my favourite links from the week, showing some of my favourite recipes and the most hilarious video I have seen.

I literally have leftover red lentils in my fridge now so I am making this incredible dip!

And serving it with this seedy raisin bread because I live for that salty sweet combo.

This orange and avocado salad looks so simple but delicious.

My body has been screaming out for raw foods recently so these will hit the spot!

Rhubarb has been my jam recently – this rhubarb and almond cake looks like utter perfection.

Corn, zucchini and sun dried tomato in a salad?! YAAAS.

Hey everyone! I’m here just for a quick post today to show you my favourite links from the week – lots of delicious and drool worthy recipes! (ps. I’ve finally got a recipe ready for Tuesday so keep your eyes peeled 🙂 )

This creamy pumpkin polenta with balsamic roasted beets is a hug in a bowl.

These white bean burgers with fennel slaw look beautiful.

These black beans are my idea of heaven.

I would devour this whole ginger sesame roasted cauliflower.

These roasted carrots and onions with fennel and mint are a fancy side!

Thai sweet potato wedges. I repeat. Thai sweet potato wedges!!

And these black rice noodles with roasted squash *heart emoji*

Can’t go wrong with finger food, especially these baked veggie samosas.

I’m trying out loads of grains recently and this winter millet salad looks amazing.

I’m back in the posting game and it feels gooood! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas – I’ve got to say, this was probably one of the most successful Christmas’ I’ve ever had, filled with fun and of course, lots of delicious food.
I’m super excited to share all these wonderful recipes I’ve found this week and hope you can try them out!

This chickpea meatloaf would be so good with roast potatoes or leftover in a sandwich!
